These are the recipes that have helped me to lose 6 stone (so far). You will notice that I use my Crock Pot a lot for my cooking... I just find it so much easier when paired with a busy lifestyle. It's the ultimate gadget to have in any busy household... Plus, it allows you to make your own sauces from scratch & very simply. I also use a lot of pre-frozen vegetables & pre-frozen meats. This cuts down on price & time spent preparing. When using my Crock Pot I never brown meats before hand... I literally add everything frozen & raw... then, allow my Crock Pot to work it's magic. You don't need to have a Crock Pot... a Slow Cooker will work just the same.
